Prophetess Teresa Woods is the founder of GEM Ministries a ministry outreach designed to show people that self-esteem cannot exist without God-given esteem.  Through the word of God she encourages people to know that they can attain the promises of God and posses all the Lord intended for them.  Prophetess Woods strives to preach the value of knowing WHO we are and most important WHOSE we are.   Executive Director of the GEM Foundation a mentorship program designed to assist the whole family in rehabilitation post incarceration.  She is passionate on the education of all people to improve their necessary skills to live life; in addition to reducing the rate of recidivism by improving the lifestyle of a former felon thru reading programs, equivalency placement and exam along with re-entry into the market place.   In addition the restoration and re-connection of family which she believes is everything and fully intended by God.  Prophetess Woods believes God has given her the burden for the WHOLE family.  Saved at the age of twenty-three from a life of drug and alcohol addiction she is proof that a broken and fragmented life can be redeemed. She has committed her life to ministry for the last sixteen years traveling extensively.  She’s been blessed to experience signs, wonders and miracles within the body of Christ.   She has also founded “Women of Destiny Fulfilling God’s Purpose” a ministry specific to women who feel they are called of God. She is both an encouragement and midwife in fulfillment of what God called women of God to do.  A current student a Wayland Baptist University where upon completion will receive Bachelors in Science and Nursing along with a minor in Divinity.  A mother of two prophetic children raised in the full admonition of the Lord, and an active member of Revival Fellowship Church.  Prophetess Woods continues to maintain a right relationship with her mentor Bishop John Woods who has given her the greatest gift of learning how to pray as well as intense teaching on dividing the word of God, preaching and   prophetic impartation to bring change in the body of Christ.
